Consistency

We get up every morning, we brush our teeth, wash, get dressed and have breakfast. We are consistent in our actions. We do this every day. We need to repeat it in being consistent with our projects associated with our business for the days that we have chosen we are going to work, be it 1 or 7 days a week. We must do it consistently. We need to concentrate on the actions not on the result.

When we go mountain climbing, if we would frequently look at the summit we would soon trip up and fall down. We must concentrate on every step at a time, one by one and as surely as the sun goes down we will reach our summit.

Belief

A complete and genuine belief in our business, its services and products and exactly what it can give its customers.

Attitude

Possibly the most important of these three but worthless on its own. It is no good having the best attitude in the world if one is sitting in a closed area not talking to anyone. So, what is behavior aside from how one feels about oneself and others.

Your face is honest, completely transparent and your behavior shines through whether it is negative or positive. The first second which prospective customer sees you possibly before you see him, your attitude comes through. The client spots it, maybe only psychologically and will respond accordingly. We all know the first point any salesperson must sell is themselves just before they open up their mouth.
